About the Role:
This key role facilitates seamless integration between the Trust’s users and Landlord management teams across multiple sites. You’ll be the primary point of contact for tenant liaison, coordinating day-to-day and complex estate matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage tenant liaison and coordination for Trust users and Landlords.
- Provide professional leadership and support to clinical and non-clinical staff.
- Ensure compliance with legal and statutory requirements, escalating any issues to the Landlord.
- Escalate outstanding actions as needed, maintaining smooth operational processes.
- Manage a diverse portfolio of sites, guaranteeing the built environment meets Trust standards.
- Demonstrate strong organizational and problem-solving skills, handling numerous complex tasks and potential conflicts.
Skills and Expertise:
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in tenant liaison and coordination.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively across different departments and sites.
- Strong planning, organizing, and decision-making skills.
- Driving licence and access to a vehicle.
