About the Role:

Nuffield Health Cambridge Hospital seeks a qualified and experienced Theatre Scrub Practitioner to join their team. This full-time permanent position offers the opportunity to work in a state-of-the-art facility and contribute to high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Collaborate with leading consultants and colleagues.
  • Provide care with cutting-edge technology and facilities.
  • Supervise and support junior staff.
  • Deliver clinically effective and evidence-based patient care.
  • Ensure continuity of care with ward colleagues.

Skills and Expertise:

  • Registration with the appropriate governing body (NMC or HCPC).
  • Post-registration experience as a Theatre Scrub Practitioner.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Flexibility and adaptability.
