About the Role:
Nuffield Health Cambridge Hospital seeks a qualified and experienced Theatre Scrub Practitioner to join their team. This full-time permanent position offers the opportunity to work in a state-of-the-art facility and contribute to high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Collaborate with leading consultants and colleagues.
- Provide care with cutting-edge technology and facilities.
- Supervise and support junior staff.
- Deliver clinically effective and evidence-based patient care.
- Ensure continuity of care with ward colleagues.
Skills and Expertise:
- Registration with the appropriate governing body (NMC or HCPC).
- Post-registration experience as a Theatre Scrub Practitioner.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Flexibility and adaptability.
