About the Role:
Are you a driven Tool Hire Supervisor with a passion for customer service? We’re seeking a dedicated individual to oversee our Watton branch’s tool hire department, fostering strong customer relationships and supporting sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the Tool Hire department and one colleague, ensuring exceptional customer service.
- Supervise a small team to develop strong customer relationships.
- Collaborate with the wider team to support customer requirements and business activities.
- Analyze local market trends to develop sales growth strategies.
- Maintain and clean tool hire equipment.
- Prioritize health and safety, ensuring a safe working environment for all.
- Identify and implement process improvements.
Skills and Expertise:
- Previous Tool Hire experience preferred.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience dealing with internal and external customers.
- Leadership experience desirable.
- Valid UK driving licence (manual transmission).
