About the Role:
Join Perran Sands Holiday Park as a Touring Warden and contribute to a fantastic guest experience. Look after our touring facilities and pitches, ensuring a welcoming and comfortable environment for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist guests, ensuring their comfort and settling-in.
- Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of touring facilities (showers, toilets, communal areas).
- Provide information about the park and surrounding area.
- Keep pitches tidy and prepared for new arrivals.
- Conduct regular checks to maintain safety and address maintenance issues.
Skills and Expertise:
- Experience in a customer service role (preferred).
- Friendly, approachable, and comfortable working outdoors.
- Strong communication skills and a passion for helping guests.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and peak times.
- Team player with adaptability to dynamic guest-focused environments.
