About the Role:
EDF Energy’s Nuclear Skills Alliance (NSA) seeks a Training Administrator to join their Early Careers team at Hinkley Point C (HPC). This role is crucial for supporting the development and delivery of technical training programs for nuclear power generation. The Training Administrator will play a vital role in ensuring the success of training initiatives across the EDF Energy nuclear fleet.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage data, including email addresses, career manager information, and mentors.
- Process performance review documents (12 weekly reviews), logging to support end-of-year performance.
- Organize, schedule, and minute meetings (steering groups, welcome webinars, substantive role process) with supporting documents.
- Communicate with cohorts.
- Support the flow of information from recruitment and onboarding to Programme Leads, managing data for induction and IT.
- Manage and support intranet and Teams channels across multiple programs.
- Manage and support responses via a central inbox (for 430 individuals and 430 career managers).
- Deliver the reward and recognition process.
- Support graduation and celebration events.
- Prioritize nuclear safety in all activities.
Skills and Expertise:
- Excellent team working skills.
- Strong organizational and planning skills with effective prioritization.
- Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and written skills with attention to detail.
- Experience in planning and implementing large events.
- Enthusiastic, energetic, and able to engage with people at all levels.
- Experience with minute-taking.

- (Beneficial) Experience in minuting meetings.
- (Beneficial) Familiarity with office software packages.
Job Facilities/Benefits:
- Hybrid working model with a minimum of 2 days on-site per week.
- Normal working hours: 08:00 – 16:00.
- 36 days’ holiday (including bank holidays).
