About the Role:
Be the first friendly face for our guests at Hafan y Mr holiday park in scenic North Wales. Welcome guests and owners, assisting with check-in and making a great first impression. Provide information and ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay for our visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests and owners warmly upon arrival, assisting with check-in.
- Verify passes, answer questions, and offer helpful information on park amenities, events, and activities.
- Act as an on-site information guide, helping guests get acquainted with the park and plan their stay.
- Handle any initial queries or issues, ensuring guests and owners feel valued and cared for.
- Collaborate with other teams to create a smooth, welcoming environment from arrival to departure.
Skills and Expertise:
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role is beneficial but not essential.
- Friendly, approachable, and confident in interacting with guests of all ages.
- Strong communication skills and a passion for providing excellent service.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and peak times.
- A team player who can adapt to a dynamic environment with ease.
