About the Role:
A Workshop Controller is needed for a busy car dealership in the Bristol area. This role requires a skilled individual to oversee the workshop operations and ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Allocate work to technicians within the Workshop
- Complete all associated administration to a high standard
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
- Supervise the team of Vehicle Technicians
- Comply with Health and Safety regulations and ensure a safe working environment for the Workshop
Skills and Expertise:
- Previous working experience within a similar role
- Strong leadership skills
- Full and valid UK Driving Licence
- Ability to work under pressure and manage a busy Workshop
Job Facilities/Benefits:
- Starting salary from 31,500 per annum
- Bonuses circa 9,000 per annum
- Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:30pm with 1 in 1 Saturdays 8:30am – 12:30pm (paid overtime)
