About the Role:

An exciting opportunity awaits a qualified Primary School Teacher to join a thriving three-form entry school in Paddock Wood, Kent for an initial three-week assignment, potentially extending to Key Stage 1. This role requires a passionate and skilled teacher to positively impact the learning and development of Year 2 students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the National Curriculum.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Assess, track, and support students’ academic progress.
  • Collaborate with teaching staff, parents, and external agencies to meet each child’s needs.
  • Maintain excellent classroom management and behaviour standards.

Skills and Expertise:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and teaching experience.
  • Proven experience in primary, secondary, or SEN settings.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of the UK National Curriculum.
  • Strong classroom management skills.
  • Passion for teaching.
  • Right to work in the UK.
