About the Role:
An exciting opportunity awaits a qualified Primary School Teacher to join a thriving three-form entry school in Paddock Wood, Kent for an initial three-week assignment, potentially extending to Key Stage 1. This role requires a passionate and skilled teacher to positively impact the learning and development of Year 2 students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the National Curriculum.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Assess, track, and support students’ academic progress.
- Collaborate with teaching staff, parents, and external agencies to meet each child’s needs.
- Maintain excellent classroom management and behaviour standards.
Skills and Expertise:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and teaching experience.
- Proven experience in primary, secondary, or SEN settings.
- Up-to-date knowledge of the UK National Curriculum.
- Strong classroom management skills.
- Passion for teaching.
- Right to work in the UK.
